Seeking a licensed Staff Dentist to provide comprehensive, unsupervised patient care and maintain high professional standards.
## Staff Dentist
We are seeking a dedicated Staff Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care for our patients. This role requires independent judgment in patient treatment and upholding high professional standards.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform all duties related to patient care and treatment independently.
- Maintain accepted standards of professional dental care.
- Accept full responsibility for the proper care and treatment of assigned patients.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- **Citizenship:** United States Citizen.
- **Education:** Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from a Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) approved US/Canadian school, or an accepted foreign school by a State licensing body.
- **Licensure:** Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice dentistry in any U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia. Must maintain current registration if required by the state of licensure.
- **Residency/Experience:** Completion of an approved residency program (general practice or specialty) or comparable experience actively treating medically compromised patients. (A waiver may be approved under unusual circumstances).
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience working in an Operating Room.
- Previous experience conducting lectures, mentoring, and teaching.
- *Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to sit for long periods.
- Recurring bending and reaching during dental procedures.
- Above-average dexterity for manipulating dental instruments and materials.
