Summary

Oversee federal advisory operations, ensuring compliance, financial integrity, and effective team leadership.

This senior-level position demands expert knowledge and experience in federal compliance and financial management for advisory operations.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

  • Ensure strict FACA compliance, ethical regulations, and public transparency for advisory functions.
  • Manage and advise senior-level boards, commissions, or task forces, overseeing coordination, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Provide leadership by coaching senior analysts, managing diverse teams, and representing the organization externally.

Required Experience:

  • One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 federal grade level, demonstrating expertise in:
- FACA compliance, ethics regulations, and public transparency standards for advisory operations. - Managing or advising senior-level boards, commissions, or task forces, including efficient coordination, documentation, and record-keeping. - OMB Circular A-11, DoD FMR, Anti-Deficiency Act, and other Title 31 statutes. - Coaching senior analysts, managing cross-functional teams, and external organizational representation.
