Summary
Seeking a Data Scientist (GS-13) to lead program planning, data analytics, and present findings in a federal environment.
This position seeks a highly qualified professional to contribute to program planning, data analysis, and strategic communication within a federal environment at the GS-13 level.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Participate in the planning, design, development, and documentation of operational concepts and strategies for assigned programs/projects.
- Utilize data analytics to develop robust data structures, validate data sources, and evaluate data management tools.
- Develop and deliver clear, concise presentations on project progress, findings, and results.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- *Education:**
- A bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a directly related field. Transcripts are required.
- or a combination of education (equivalent to 30 semester hours in a relevant field) and appropriate experience. Transcripts are required.
- *Specialized Experience (GS-13):**
- At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service, or comparable experience outside the Federal service.
- Experience must demonstrate proficiency in the core responsibilities listed above.
- *Additional Requirements:**
- **For Federal Employees:** Must have served 52 weeks as a GS-12 or higher.
