• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of junior data analysts.
• Drive strategic decision-making through advanced analytical skills and model development.
• Mine, extract, and analyze large, complex datasets (millions to billions of records).
• Identify and implement improvements for processes, data quality, and reporting.
• Evaluate product offerings and marketing initiatives through comprehensive data analysis.
• Consult on the design and implementation of new data storage and production systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure analytical insights translate into business impact.
• Contribute to brand development and market expansion using data-driven approaches.

• 4+ years of professional data analysis experience.
• 4+ years of programming experience.
• *Preferred Qualifications:**
• Master's Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline.
• 7+ years of professional data analysis experience.
• 4+ years of experience with Python, R, Spark, or SQL.
• 1+ year of people management experience.
• 1+ year of project management experience.
• 1+ year of experience with Tableau.
• Proficiency in utilizing and developing within AWS services.
• *Compensation & Benefits:**
• **Salary Range (McLean, VA):** $158,400 - $180,800 annually.
