Criminal Investigator (Special Agent) - (Reemployed Annuitant & Ctap/Ictap/Rpl) (Term Appointment)

We are seeking experienced Criminal Investigators (Special Agents) for a unique opportunity tailored for re-employed federal annuitants (CSRS/FERS). This program allows for a dual compensation waiver, providing both your full federal annuity and full federal salary.

• *Key Responsibilities & Qualifications (GS-13 Level):**

Applicants must possess one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in federal, state, local government, or equivalent public/private sector, demonstrating proficiency in all of the following:

• Applying a wide range of criminal investigative, enforcement laws, regulations, guidelines, and precedent decisions.
• Identifying critical information sources to detect illegal activity, documenting probable cause, and conducting thorough investigations.
• Communicating effectively, both orally and in writing, to prepare and present comprehensive reports, briefings, and exchange vital information.
• *Important Considerations:**
• Education cannot be substituted for specialized experience at this GS-13 grade level.
• Re-employed annuitants under this exception generally are not eligible for new retirement contributions, supplemental annuities, or Thrift Savings Plan participation.
