Criminal Investigator

This role involves applying criminal investigative and enforcement expertise to detect illegal activities and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. We are seeking a professional with a strong background in complex investigations and effective communication.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Apply a wide range of criminal investigative and enforcement laws, regulations, guidelines, and precedents.
• Identify significant information sources to detect illegal activity and document probable cause.
• Conduct thorough investigations to determine if violations have occurred.
• Prepare and present reports, briefings, and exchange information clearly, both orally and in writing.
• *Qualifications:**
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level.
• Experience must be in Federal, State, or Local government, or equivalent public or private sector.
• Demonstrated experience performing the core duties outlined above.
• Education cannot be substituted for specialized experience at this grade level.
