  • **Drive Innovation:** Stay ahead of emerging agentic AI technologies, tools, and workflows, piloting new solutions for research, design, prototyping, and media creation.
  • **Educate & Evangelize:** Inspire and educate engineering teams across the company through workshops, hackathons, and masterclasses to accelerate the adoption of agentic engineering.
### Who We're Looking For:
  • **Experience:**
* 5+ years in service design, UX/UI design, or product design. * 5+ years in full-stack software development. * Proven experience developing products with diverse interfaces (voice, touch, XR). * A strong portfolio showcasing innovative professional, personal, or passion projects.
  • **Technical Expertise:**
* Proficiency with React, Python, APIs, and Large Language Models (LLMs). * Expertise in developing agents using no-code/low-code tools (e.g., n8n) and common frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen). * Familiarity with vibe-coding tools (e.g., Lovable) and AI-powered IDEs (e.g., Cursor).
  • **Skills & Attributes:**
* A passionate 'super-generalist' blending design, engineering, art, and science. * A curious tinkerer, prototyper, and builder with a keen eye for design. * A creative storyteller and multimedia expert proficient in synthetic media. * An entrepreneurial self-starter who delivers results without constant supervision.

### Why Join Pearson?

  • **Impactful Role:** Shape the future of internal employee applications and agentic systems across a global company.
  • **Innovative Environment:** Work in a fast-paced, cutting-edge innovation team with direct access to the latest AI tools.
  • **Career Growth:** Opportunity to significantly expand your portfolio and gain direct exposure to senior leaders within the Chief Technology Office.
  • **Compensation:** Competitive annual salary range of $150,000 - $180,000, plus eligibility for an annual incentive program and comprehensive benefits.
  • *Application Deadline:** October 6, 2025.
At Pearson, we believe in accelerating careers and fostering a culture of internal mobility and leadership development. If you're a tech visionary excited by the challenge of enabling AI at scale to drive real-world impact, we encourage you to apply.
