Creative Media Designer

Join our Communications team as a creative and collaborative Graphic Designer with light video editing skills. You will partner with communicators and digital leads to translate key messages and campaigns into compelling visuals that engage our audiences.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Design a variety of visual assets including infographics, data visualizations, social media graphics, digital content for web/intranet/email, marketing collateral (brochures, fact sheets, event signage), and presentation decks.
• Edit and produce short-form videos to enhance storytelling across internal and external channels.
• Actively contribute design ideas during campaign planning and brainstorming sessions.
• Ensure all creative work aligns with brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
• Collaborate closely with communicators to refine visuals for seamless messaging.
• Maintain a shared library of branded templates and assets.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of professional design experience, ideally in a marketing or communications setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Canva experience is a plus.
• Light video editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling and multi-channel design (print, digital, social, email).
• Ability to make complex information easy to understand through design.
• *Preferred Qualifications:**
• Experience with motion graphics or animation.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms or accessibility standards in design.
