Creative Analyst

Cvent, a leading global technology provider for meetings and events, is seeking a Creative Designer to join our Integrated Events Team. This role focuses on transforming ideas into stunning visual experiences for customer events, ensuring brand consistency and engaging touchpoints across various platforms. You will work closely with clients to conceptualize, design, and deliver web assets, themes, and other creative services using Cvent and Splash CMS platforms.

• *What You'll Do:**
• Conceptualize, design, and deliver web assets, themes, and creative services using Cvent and Splash CMS platforms.
• Ensure designs adhere to client brand guidelines and unique event requirements.
• Manage project timelines, requirements, and logistical details across multiple programs.
• Analyze customer brand assets and creative briefs to develop innovative design solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing troubleshooting and best practices for creative services.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.
• Support pre-meeting logistics, including asset review and requirement gathering.
• Track service budgets, usage, and deadlines accurately.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure deliverables align with program goals and compliance.
• Innovate on best practices and building standards, assuring brand consistency across projects.
• Coordinate across Creative, Professional Services, Product, and Development teams.
• *What You'll Need:**
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, web design, user experience, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a designer.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong expertise in user experience (UX) principles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management or event tools is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-service mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional team.
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Hands-on experience within content management systems (CMS).
