## Controller (Full-Time, Remote)
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Controller to oversee our organization's accounting and operations functions. This full-time, remote (U.S.-based) position requires occasional travel (5-10%) and offers a salary range of $110,000 – $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage all accounting and operational activities.
- Ensure robust financial compliance, accuracy, and reporting.
- Provide strategic financial leadership to the organization.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for the Board of Directors.
- Manage and coordinate audit preparation processes.
- Oversee all aspects of grant accounting.
