## Controller (Full-Time, Remote)

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Controller to oversee our organization's accounting and operations functions. This full-time, remote (U.S.-based) position requires occasional travel (5-10%) and offers a salary range of $110,000 – $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

• Lead and manage all accounting and operational activities.
• Ensure robust financial compliance, accuracy, and reporting.
• Provide strategic financial leadership to the organization.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for the Board of Directors.
• Manage and coordinate audit preparation processes.
• Oversee all aspects of grant accounting.

• Demonstrated expertise in nonprofit accounting principles.
• Strong experience with Board reporting and financial presentations.
