Contract Specialist (Non-Supervisory, Supervisory or Team Lead)

We are seeking a highly experienced Contract Specialist (GS-14) to manage complex procurement and contractual actions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Utilize advanced contracting methods for pre-award and post-award procurement. * Provide leadership and expert consultation throughout the contractual lifecycle. * Establish and evaluate program objectives for contract monitoring. * Serve as a contract officer, making legally binding decisions. * Prepare clear and concise written reports and correspondence. **Qualifications:** Applicants must meet **one** of the following basic requirements: * **Option A:** Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting (FAC-C) or DAWIA Level I, II, or III certification, plus at least 4 years of contracting experience, including 1 year equivalent to the GS-13 level. * **Option B:** A bachelor's degree (4-year course of study) including or supplemented by at least 24 semester hours in relevant fields such as accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, or management.
