Contract Specialist (Non-Supervisory, Supervisory Or Team Lead)

We are seeking a highly experienced Contract Specialist (GS-14) to manage complex procurement and contractual actions.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Utilize advanced contracting methods for pre-award and post-award procurement.
• Provide leadership and expert consultation throughout the contractual lifecycle.
• Establish and evaluate program objectives for contract monitoring.
• Serve as a contract officer, making legally binding decisions.
• Prepare clear and concise written reports and correspondence.
• *Qualifications:**

Applicants must meet **one** of the following basic requirements:

• **Option A:** Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting (FAC-C) or DAWIA Level I, II, or III certification, plus at least 4 years of contracting experience, including 1 year equivalent to the GS-13 level.
• **Option B:** A bachelor's degree (4-year course of study) including or supplemented by at least 24 semester hours in relevant fields such as accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, or management. (Transcripts required)
• **Option C/D (Federal Exceptions/Waivers):** Specific provisions for current GS-1102 employees or individuals with documented waivers from a senior procurement executive.
• *Specialized Experience (GS-14 Level):**

In addition to basic requirements, candidates must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level, performing **four (4) of the five (5)** duties listed under 'Key Responsibilities' above.
