Summary
Experienced Federal Contracting Specialist needed to manage high-value procurement lifecycles and ensure regulatory compliance.
This role seeks a highly skilled and experienced Federal Contracting Specialist to manage significant federal procurement activities. You will be responsible for the full contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance and efficient operations for high-value programs.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage the complete contract lifecycle for programs valued up to $25 million.
- Evaluate contractor proposals to ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Utilize advanced procurement and financial systems (e.g., STRIPES, G-Invoicing) to support critical operations.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- *Education:**
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Must include or be supplemented by at least 24 semester hours in a combination of fields such as: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management.
- *Experience:**
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in contracting or related positions.
- At least one (1) year of this experience must be specialized, equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in Federal service, encompassing 2 out of 3 of the following:
- Note: Volunteer experience that builds relevant competencies will be credited.
- No substitution of education for specialized experience.
