Summary

Oversee complex contract administration, specializing in cost analysis, rate negotiation, and compliance for government and private sector agreements.

Join our team as a Contract Administrator, responsible for managing and overseeing complex contract agreements. This role requires a strong understanding of financial analysis, compliance, and contract lifecycle management for both government and private sector entities.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Evaluate and negotiate contractor Forward Pricing Rates (FPR) and Final Indirect Cost Rate (FICR) proposals.
  • Monitor and analyze contractor cost/rate activities to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Assess and make decisions regarding Contractor Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) Disclosure Statements, cost impacts, and Contractor Business Systems (CBS).
  • Execute complex contract administration actions for Department of Defense (DoD) and non-DoD contractors, including those with intricate intracompany implications.
  • *Qualifications:**
  • **Education:** A baccalaureate degree from an accredited educational institution. (Note: Current DoD/Armed Forces employees who held an 1102 or comparable contracting position with award/administration authority above the simplified acquisition threshold on or before September 30, 2000, are exempt from the degree requirement).
  • **Experience:**
* Minimum of two years of experience in a contracting or directly related position. * One year of specialized experience (equivalent to GS-12 level) demonstrating expertise in evaluating contractor rates, CAS, CBS, and performing complex contract administration.
