## Strategic Planning & Organizational Improvement Lead
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead strategic planning and drive organizational improvement initiatives within a federal setting.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Lead comprehensive strategic planning processes.
- Develop, implement, and refine planning processes to support organizational improvement goals.
- Coach and support teams to ensure effective implementation and monitoring of strategic initiatives.
- **Specialized Experience:** At least one year of experience (equivalent to GS-12 in federal service) leading strategic planning, developing and implementing organizational improvement processes, and coaching teams on strategic initiatives.
- **No Education Substitution:** Experience cannot be substituted with education for this position.
- **Core Competencies:** Demonstrated proficiency in Decision Making, Leadership, Partnering, and Written Communication.
- **Federal Eligibility:** Applicants must meet specific federal employment authority categories. Proof of eligibility is required.
- **Time in Grade (for Federal Employees):** If currently a federal employee (GS), you must have completed 52 weeks at the GS-12 level or equivalent.
- **Residency:** Must reside within the local commuting area of the position.
