## Senior Content Writer, Associate Insight and Media Team

Join our dynamic Associate Insight and Media (AIM) Team, dedicated to empowering our Branch and Café Ambassadors with engaging, clear, and compelling communications. As a Senior Content Writer, you will play a crucial role in crafting effective content that supports bank operations, enhances the associate experience, and maintains our brand voice.

### Key Responsibilities

• **Content Development:** Write and format operational procedures, internal communications, intranet articles, stories, and video content adhering to brand and style guidelines.
• **Collaboration:** Partner with project clients, intent owners, Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to define needs and deliver solutions.
• **Operational Support:** Execute communication processes, manage content submissions for various platforms (newsletters, intranet, Pinpoint pages), and participate in an on-call schedule for urgent communications.
• **Project Management:** Manage assigned START intakes, oversee the approval process, and maintain back-end systems.
• **Process Improvement:** Contribute insights and feedback to process improvement initiatives.
• **Relationship Building:** Foster connections within the broader C&O, Retail Bank, and enterprise-wide communications communities.
• **Feedback & Advocacy:** Respond thoughtfully to feedback and support the Branch and Café team's content needs and narrative.

• **Strategic & Organized:** Ability to organize information effectively, manage multiple priorities, foresee potential issues, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• **Influential Communicator:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing across various levels of leadership and departments while maintaining our clear, concise, and personable brand voice.

• **Portfolio:** A portfolio demonstrating 3-5 writing samples.

#### Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
• At least 3 years of experience in short and long-form digital writing (email, e-newsletters, web pages, online articles, video, or knowledge management platforms)
• At least 1 year of experience with Google Workspace

#### Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in English, Marketing, Journalism, or Communications
• 4+ years of marketing, technical, or creative writing experience
• 4+ years of writing experience in a retail or banking environment
• 1+ year of experience with Agile methodologies
• 1+ year of experience formatting and laying out online articles
• 1+ year of experience writing external content or learning content
• 6+ months of experience with Chariot or another Content Management System (CMS)
• 6+ months of process documentation experience
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving inclination
• Solid judgment with an associate-first focus
