Summary
Oversee and manage federal construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, schedule adherence, and risk mitigation as a GS-12.
We are seeking a qualified candidate for a GS-12 position focused on construction project oversight.
Requirements:
Applicants must meet United States Office of Personnel Management (OPM) qualification requirements for a GS-12 level position. A minimum of 52 weeks (1 year) of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in Federal service is required.Specialized experience must demonstrate:
- Leading and/or providing oversight, direction, and coordination for construction projects, including renovations, infrastructure improvements, and building upgrades.
- On-site collaboration with construction teams to plan and coordinate projects, enforce safety, maintain schedules, and uphold quality standards.
- Coordinating quality control inspections and ensuring project scope completion.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks through construction document review and scope of work adjustments.
