• *Minimum Qualifications:**
• **Required Education:** A degree in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, or a related technical field is essential. Master's and Doctoral degrees are also accepted.
• **Relevant Experience Areas:** Candidates must have experience in one or more of the following: computer/information systems design/development, programming, information/cyber/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance, systems engineering, network administration, or system administration.
• **Military Training:** Completion of relevant military training (e.g., JCAC, UCT, NWBC/INWT, Cyber Defense Operations) may be credited towards the relevant experience requirement (e.g., 20-24 weeks counts as 6 months experience).
• *Experience Levels:**
• **Entry/Developmental:**

* Bachelor's degree (no experience). * Associate's degree + 2 years relevant experience. * 18+ semester hours of military coursework + 2 years relevant experience.

• **Full Performance:**

* Bachelor's degree + 3 years relevant experience. * Master's degree + 1 year relevant experience. * Doctoral degree (no experience). * Associate's degree + 5 years relevant experience. * 18+ semester hours of military coursework + 5 years relevant experience.

• **Senior:**

* Bachelor's degree + 6 years relevant experience. * Master's degree + 4 years relevant experience. * Doctoral degree + 2 years relevant experience. * Associate's degree + 8 years relevant experience. * 18+ semester hours of military coursework + 8 years relevant experience.
