• *Responsibilities:**
• Conduct engaging tours of apartment homes for prospective residents.
• Process lease applications, agreements, and related paperwork accurately.
• Respond promptly and professionally to all rental inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Provide excellent customer service to both prospective and current residents.
• Assist with resident retention programs and community events.
• Maintain organized leasing records and follow up on leads.
• *Qualifications (Typical for this role):**
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or leasing preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
