• Lease apartments and achieve occupancy goals.
• Conduct property tours and showcase community amenities.
• Process applications, prepare lease agreements, and ensure timely move-ins.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and current residents.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve resident inquiries.
• Assist with marketing and community outreach efforts.
