## Senior Communications Professional

We are seeking an experienced Communications Professional to design, develop, and produce strategic internal communications and media for the Intelligence Community. This role requires a creative problem-solver with a collaborative spirit, ready to shape stakeholder relationships and advance client goals.

### Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce diverse internal communications and media, including executive messages, workforce updates, podcast content, web copy, and articles.
• Craft compelling narratives using storytelling principles, ensuring accuracy and impact.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and other creatives to enhance message delivery.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with senior leaders, stakeholders, and clients.
• Facilitate organizational change and encourage acceptance of new initiatives.
• Apply thorough knowledge of grammar, punctuation, style, and communications best practices to deliver error-free content.
• Anticipate client needs and proactively drive communication strategies.

### Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of strategic communications experience.
• Strong understanding of communications industry standards, trends, best practices, and fundamental storytelling principles.
• Proven ability to build trust with senior leaders, anticipate needs, and take initiative.
• Bachelor's degree.
• **Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.**

### Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working within the Intelligence Community.
• Experience utilizing podcasts for messaging and engagement.
• Master's degree.

### Compensation:

• Salary Range: $77,600.00 - $176,000.00 annually.
