## Pharmacist Program Manager (GS-13)
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Pharmacist to lead and optimize complex pharmacy programs. This role involves developing policies, ensuring quality standards, coordinating operations, and applying expert clinical knowledge to enhance patient outcomes.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of distinct pharmacy programs, including policy development, quality resources, and budget optimization to improve patient outcomes.
- Coordinate complex pharmacy operations across single or multiple facilities or program areas.
- Oversee specialized pharmacy functions such as nuclear pharmacy, informatics, quality assurance, clinical applications, or home-based primary care.
- Lead and influence clinical and management decisions through effective oral and written communication.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and quality standards for all program areas.
- Apply expert knowledge in a specialized area of clinical pharmacy practice.
- Monitor and assess drug therapy outcomes, utilizing physical assessments and laboratory data.
- **Citizenship:** U.S. Citizenship.
- **Language:** Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- **Education:** Graduate of an ACPE-accredited College/School of Pharmacy (BS Pharmacy and/or Pharm.D. degree). Foreign graduates must provide proof of Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Examination Commission (FPGEC) Certification.
- **Licensure:** Full, current, and unrestricted license to practice pharmacy in a U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or District of Columbia.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience equivalent to a GS-12 Pharmacist level.
- **Skills & Abilities:**
### Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy call center setting.
- 3+ years of direct experience and advanced knowledge with data analysis, building and managing dashboards, SQL, Power BI, and VistA/CPRS.
