Summary
Airport Engineering Specialist needed to review airport designs, resolve issues, and ensure construction standards.
Join our team as an Airport Engineering Specialist, contributing to critical airport design, construction, and safety projects. We are seeking professionals at both entry/mid (FV-H) and senior (FV-I) levels to ensure efficient and safe airport operations.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Review and provide expert commentary on airport project engineering design drawings, specifications, and construction safety phasing plans.
- Analyze and provide input on contracts, change orders, and supplemental agreements.
- Gather, analyze, and present technical data and findings through reports or formal briefings.
- *For senior levels (FV-I):* Identify and resolve complex airport engineering problems and make recommendations for airport improvements.
- *For senior levels (FV-I):* Convey complex technical airport engineering information to diverse audiences.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- **Selective Factor (Mandatory):** Demonstrated experience in airport design, construction standards, and methods.
- **For FV-H Level (Entry/Mid):** At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-G, FG/GS-5/7/9, which includes:
- **For FV-I Level (Senior):** At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-H, FG/GS-11/12, which includes:
