Civil Engineer

Join our team as an Engineer to analyze, review, and provide expertise on critical infrastructure projects. We are seeking professionals with specialized experience in engineering design, construction standards, and project management, particularly within airport environments.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Review and comment on project engineering design drawings, specifications, and construction safety phasing plans (especially for airport projects at higher levels).
• Analyze and provide input on contracts, change orders, and supplemental agreements.
• Gather, interpret, and present technical data and findings via reports or briefings.
• Identify, resolve, and recommend solutions for complex engineering problems and issues, with a focus on airport improvements.
• Effectively convey technical engineering information to diverse audiences.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• **Specialized Experience:** Minimum one year of experience in a relevant engineering capacity.

* **Entry Level (FV-H equivalent):** Experience reviewing project designs, analyzing contracts, and presenting data (equivalent to FV-G, FG/GS-5/7/9). * **Senior Level (FV-I equivalent):** Experience reviewing *airport* engineering designs, resolving complex *airport* issues, and making recommendations for *airport* improvements (equivalent to FV-H, FG/GS-11/12).

• **Essential Selective Factor:** Demonstrated experience in airport design, construction standards, and methods.
