  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Lead large-scale digital modernization and technology integration across complex organizations.
  • Design and deploy modern cloud-native, SaaS, and AI-enabled solutions to enhance mission effectiveness and streamline operations.
  • Direct enterprise-level modernization of legacy systems, delivering scalable, consumer-grade digital products.
  • Align digital investments with strategic business and mission goals, applying Agile product management and modern engineering practices.
  • *Required Qualifications:**
  • *Technical Expertise (Must be demonstrated on resume):**
  • **Digital Modernization Leadership:** Executive-level experience leading major digital modernization, cloud-native, SaaS, and AI integration initiatives.
  • **Enterprise System Transformation:** Expertise in modernizing legacy systems and delivering scalable digital products using Agile, modern engineering, and data management.
  • *Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs) - *Required for new Senior Executive Service (SES) entrants***:
  • **Commitment to Public Service:** Deep understanding of the American government, Constitution, rule of law, and serving the American people.
  • **Driving Efficiency:** Strategic resource management, effective budgeting, waste reduction, and process improvement through technology.
  • **Merit and Competence:** Consistently producing high-quality work with exceptional technical expertise.
  • **Leading People:** Ability to inspire high-performance, accountable teams, guiding them through change to achieve organizational goals.
  • **Achieving Results:** Proven track record of delivering individual and organizational results aligned with strategic objectives.
  • *Note: Current SES members, OPM-certified SESCDP graduates, or those with SES reinstatement eligibility may provide proof of status instead of addressing ECQs.*
