Job Description
Summary
Lead intelligence operations by advising executives, developing policies, managing budgets, and fostering talent within the Intelligence Community.
We are seeking a highly experienced professional to serve as a key advisor in intelligence and national security operations. This role requires at least one year of specialized experience at the GS-14 level, demonstrating expertise in the following areas:
- **Strategic Advising:** Guide senior intelligence and national security executives on organizational goals and objectives for intelligence operations.
- **Policy Development:** Develop and implement organizational policies, procedures, and authorities to execute intelligence and national security requirements.
- **Operations & Systems:** Serve as a primary advisor for SCIF Operations, classified communications, and the application of Intelligence Community (IC) systems and resources.
- **Financial Oversight:** Formulate and execute the budget for an Intelligence Community organization.
- **Talent Development:** Design and implement training, professional development programs, and career paths for intelligence officers and managers.
