Summary

Lead a Senior Executive Service role, driving efficiency, upholding foundational principles, and managing institutional investments.

Join the Senior Executive Service (SES) in a leadership role. We seek seasoned leaders dedicated to upholding the rule of law and improving government efficiency.

Key Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • Executive Leadership: Demonstrate progressively responsible leadership experience (equivalent to GS-15 or higher), indicative of senior executive managerial capability.
  • Foundational Principles: Uphold the U.S. Constitution, rule of law, and principles of American governance; committed to serving the American people.
  • Strategic Efficiency: Drive operational efficiency through strategic resource management, effective budgeting, waste reduction, and leveraging technology and process improvements.
  • Technical Excellence: Possess strong technical competence, problem-solving skills, agility, and resilience to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • People Leadership: Lead and inspire teams towards organizational goals, fostering a high-performance, high-accountability culture, and effectively manage change.
  • Results Achievement: Consistently deliver individual and organizational results, aligning efforts with strategic objectives through an operational mindset, innovation, and strategic thinking.
  • Investment Expertise (Mandatory Technical Qualifications):
- Proven experience in institutional investing and index management. - Demonstrated expertise in asset allocation and target date fund strategies.

  • No separate narrative statements are required for ECQs or MTQs.
  • Note: Current SES members, OPM-approved SES Candidate Development Program graduates, or those with SES reinstatement eligibility are exempt from demonstrating ECQs in their resume (proof required).
  • All qualifying experience, including volunteer work, will be credited.
