This role seeks a professional with strong leadership and technical expertise to manage complex financial projects, conduct in-depth market analysis, and foster crucial stakeholder relationships.

• Lead and coordinate projects, establishing clear expectations and monitoring progress.
• Review work products/services and provide guidance and constructive feedback to team members.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• Proven leadership experience managing projects/teams or guiding the technical work of others.
• Expertise in conducting in-depth analyses of specific markets, products, and practices within one or more of the following areas:

* Retail, credit card, auto, or mortgage lending * Commercial real estate or commercial lending * Trading and counterparty risk * Foreign exposures and liquidity risk * Earnings performance issues and capital adequacy * Operational risk

• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain cooperative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Qualifying experience can be obtained in the private or public sector, including paid and unpaid (volunteer) work.
