Summary
SES leader sought to drive IT/digital transformation, manage budgets, and lead high-performing teams in government.
This Senior Executive Service (SES) role seeks a visionary leader to drive major IT and digital transformation initiatives within a complex government environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale IT and digital transformation projects, developing and executing enterprise IT strategic plans and architectures.
- Apply expertise in at least three key technology areas: networking, cloud, DevSecOps, containerization, legacy modernization, enterprise application strategy, zero trust, microservices, cybersecurity, or IT service delivery; understanding DoDAF/TOGAF.
- Develop and implement integrated multi-year resource strategies, overseeing the full Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) lifecycle.
- Lead planning, justification, and execution of large IT budgets, ensuring financial stewardship and optimized investments.
- Drive efficiency through strategic resource management, budget optimization, and process/technological upgrades.
- Inspire and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and achieving organizational goals.

Technical Qualifications (TQs):
- Extensive leadership in complex IT/digital transformation (federal, state/local, or large corporation) with proven enterprise IT strategic plan and architecture development. Includes practical application in multiple technology areas and understanding of DoDAF/TOGAF.
- Demonstrated expertise in integrated multi-year resource strategies (PPBE) within a complex organization, specifically leading large-scale IT budget planning, justification, and execution.
Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs):
