We are seeking an experienced leader to manage and oversee federal contract management, ensuring compliance and effective contractor performance. This role involves significant project leadership, technical oversight, and training responsibilities.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead and coordinate projects, setting expectations, monitoring progress, and providing team guidance.
• Manage, direct, and coordinate the full range of Federal Government Contract Management responsibilities.
• Oversee third-party contractors, including clearance, deployment, compliance with contract provisions and travel regulations, and performance monitoring.
• Train and educate regional personnel on contract oversight, management, and activities essential for financial institution resolution.
• *Minimum Qualifications:**
• Demonstrated experience leading and coordinating projects, providing guidance and feedback to team members.
• Proven expertise in leading and managing Federal Government Contract Management operations.
• Experience overseeing the full lifecycle of third-party contractors, ensuring compliance and performance.
• Ability to train and educate personnel on contract oversight and management, particularly in financial institution resolution.
