Summary

Lead CBRN/hazardous materials projects and technical teams, applying expertise in detection, mitigation, and system development.

Join our team as a CBRN/Hazardous Materials Specialist (GS-13) to lead critical projects and technical teams in national security, focusing on protection systems.

*Key Responsibilities:**
Apply expert knowledge of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) and hazardous materials detection, identification, mitigation principles, technologies, and regulations.
Lead technical and scientific teams in the development and maintenance of specialized CBRN and/or security protection systems.
Independently plan, organize, and execute projects using industry-standard project management principles.

*Required Qualifications:**
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level.
Demonstrated experience applying CBRN/hazardous materials detection, identification, and mitigation principles.
Proven ability to lead technical/scientific teams developing/maintaining CBRN/security protection systems.
Strong background in independently planning, organizing, and executing projects according to industry project management standards.
