Summary

Lead CBRN/hazardous materials projects and technical teams, applying expertise in detection, mitigation, and system development.

Join our team as a CBRN/Hazardous Materials Specialist (GS-13) to lead critical projects and technical teams in national security, focusing on protection systems.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Apply expert knowledge of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) and hazardous materials detection, identification, mitigation principles, technologies, and regulations.
  • Lead technical and scientific teams in the development and maintenance of specialized CBRN and/or security protection systems.
  • Independently plan, organize, and execute projects using industry-standard project management principles.
  • *Required Qualifications:**
  • One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level.
  • Demonstrated experience applying CBRN/hazardous materials detection, identification, and mitigation principles.
  • Proven ability to lead technical/scientific teams developing/maintaining CBRN/security protection systems.
  • Strong background in independently planning, organizing, and executing projects according to industry project management standards.
