Case Manager (Internal Detail)

This role supports legal document and case management, focusing on regulatory compliance, secure information handling, and providing guidance within a dynamic environment.

• *Key Responsibilities & Requirements (Applicable to GS-11 and GS-12, varying in complexity):**
• Provide information and guidance on legal document policies, procedures, and regulatory filing requirements.
• Review legal documents in electronic case management systems.
• Advise customers on compliance with rules and regulations.
• Identify, handle, and process sensitive, confidential, and business information at appropriate security levels.
• Prepare a variety of written materials, including reports, records, legal procedural summaries, and memoranda.
• Enter, maintain, and analyze data within databases and electronic docketing systems.
• Serve as a central point of contact for supervisors and internal/external customers, resolving technical filing issues and providing guidance on complex filing scenarios.
• *Qualifications:**
• *For GS-11:**
• One year of specialized experience (equivalent to GS-09) demonstrating at least four of the responsibilities listed above.
• **or** A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, three full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, or an LL.M. (if related).
• *For GS-12:**
• One year of specialized experience (equivalent to GS-11) demonstrating at least four of the responsibilities listed above, with an emphasis on complex problem-solving, independent interaction, and extensive document analysis.
• All qualifying experience, including paid and volunteer work, will be credited.*
