Business Process Analyst

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Process Analyst to optimize operational efficiency and ensure performance targets are met.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Identify, develop, and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and critical performance data to achieve process targets.
• Provide strategic process improvement recommendations to top-level agency management and division leadership.
• Coordinate and manage responses to major external inquiries, including Congressional, Government Accountability Office (GAO), or Inspector General investigations, audits, and inspections.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• Minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in federal service, military, or the private sector.
• Experience must demonstrate proficiency in:

* Identifying, developing, and managing KPIs, metrics, and process performance data. * Presenting process improvement recommendations to senior management. * Coordinating responses to significant external investigations, audits, or inspections.

• All qualifying experience, including volunteer work, will be fully credited.
• Must meet all eligibility and regulatory requirements.
