- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as a principal advisor on federal budgetary matters, policies, regulations, and laws.
- Apply financial principles and regulations to evaluate data and prepare diverse financial reports.
- Communicate financial management and budgeting findings, along with recommendations, to top management officials.
- Conduct reviews and audits of financial programs to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Create charts, graphs, and reports using various financial analytics tools.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- Meet U.S. Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) qualification requirements for a GS-13 position.
- Possess at least 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in federal service.
- Demonstrated experience interpreting and applying federal budget policies, regulations, and laws.
- Proven ability to conduct financial program reviews and audits.
- Proficiency in financial data analysis and reporting.
