Summary

Seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive marketing, events, and client acquisition strategies for a global law firm.

WilmerHale, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive strategic marketing and revenue generation initiatives across various practice groups.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Lead planning and execution of firm events, including seminars, webinars, and client entertainment, managing audience development, invitations, and follow-up.
  • Prepare sophisticated and persuasive pitch materials, RFP responses, and tailored marketing collateral.
  • Conduct in-depth research on companies, industries, and competitors, providing actionable insights and recommendations to attorneys.
  • Manage and maintain contact (InterAction) and experience (Foundation) management databases, generating reports as needed.
  • Coordinate market recognition efforts, including overseeing legal directory submissions (e.g., *Chambers USA*, *Legal500*).
  • Support sponsorships and annual memberships, leveraging benefits to maximize firm visibility.
  • Collaborate with communications teams to promote key deals, matters, and practice highlights internally and externally.
  • Propose and support digital marketing initiatives such as website updates and attorney online profile enhancements.
