Summary

Drive business development and marketing for a leading law firm through events, pitches, research, and market visibility initiatives.

Join a leading international law firm as a Business Development Specialist, supporting revenue generation, marketing, and visibility initiatives across various practice and industry groups.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • **Event Management:** Support and lead the planning and execution of firm events (seminars, webinars, client entertainment), including audience development, invitation lists, RSVP tracking, and follow-up.
  • **Pitch & Proposal Development:** Prepare sophisticated, persuasive pitch materials, RFP responses, and tailored marketing collateral.
  • **Market Research & Analysis:** Conduct research on companies, industries, marketplaces, and competitors; gather legal industry intelligence; develop insights and recommendations for attorneys.
  • **Market Visibility & Recognition:** Contribute to legal directory submissions (e.g., Chambers USA, Legal500) and promote key deals, matters, and client news internally and externally.
  • **Content & Data Management:** Maintain contact management (InterAction) and experience management (Foundation) databases; support website updates, attorney biographies, and online profiles (LinkedIn).
  • **Sponsorships:** Coordinate and leverage benefits from sponsorships and annual memberships.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams including Operations, Library, Public Relations, Communications, and Digital Marketing.
