## Business Development Representative – Commercial
BizFlow Corporation, a leader in digital transformation for over 25 years, is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to join our Commercial team. This full-time, permanent role is critical for identifying and engaging new business opportunities, driving our mission to simplify and improve organizational efficiencies for large enterprises. This position requires significant travel, up to 50%.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Generate and qualify new leads through strategic outbound prospecting (phone, email, social media).
- Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand potential client needs and business challenges.
- Schedule qualified meetings and demonstrations for the sales team.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified opportunities and meetings.
- *Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR) role, preferably within a B2B technology environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
- Strong ability to articulate value propositions and overcome initial objections effectively.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
