## Business Analyst, Agile Product Team

  • *Location:** Washington D.C. (On-site SCIF)
  • *Clearance:** Active Top Secret/SCI Required
  • *Citizenship:** U.S. Citizenship Required
### About the Role Join an Agile Product Team as a Business Analyst, playing a critical role in delivering innovative IT products that meet customer needs and business objectives. You will operate within a dynamic DevSecOps environment, focusing on requirements management, team facilitation, and driving impactful software delivery.

### Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business needs and translate them into actionable product backlog items.
  • Support Product Managers in prioritizing, estimating, and managing product backlogs and roadmaps.
  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups and sprint planning.
  • Identify, track, and manage dependencies and risks both internal and external to the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient product development and delivery.
  • Generate and maintain product artifacts, documentation, and knowledge bases.
  • Utilize product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365.
  • Analyze team and product performance using data-driven insights.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings with teams, customers, and stakeholders.
### Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of related professional experience, with 2-4 years specifically in agile software product delivery or supporting development teams.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance and U.S. Citizenship.
  • Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and effective communication skills.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365.
  • Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in a Washington D.C. SCIF.
### Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Cloud environments, particularly AWS.
  • Experience with the Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
  • Knowledge of Government risk management frameworks (RMF) and cybersecurity authorization processes.
  • Master's degree or relevant industry certifications.
