- *GS-12 Requirements (Equivalent to GS-11 Federal Service Experience):**
- Manage or coordinate building services programs (work orders, inspections, tenant requests).
- Utilize Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) for work order and service request tracking.
- Supervise staff or contractors providing building support services.
- Apply policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety, budget, and performance standards.
- *GS-13 Requirements (Equivalent to GS-12 Federal Service Experience):**
- Oversee comprehensive building services across multiple functions (e.g., maintenance, inspections, emergency response).
- Supervise subordinate supervisors and staff, including union employees.
- Manage contracts, budgets, and resources to deliver building service programs effectively.
- Serve as a technical advisor and program manager to senior leadership, providing strategic recommendations.
