Job Description

Seeking experienced professionals for Federal roles in procurement and facilities management, with opportunities for supervisory responsibilities.
We are seeking qualified candidates for a Federal position in Procurement and Facilities Management. Candidates must meet U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) qualification requirements by the job announcement's closing date. **Required Qualifications:** * Meet OPM qualification standards. **For GS-12:** * At least 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level. * **Specialized Experience (Must meet #1 AND two of the remaining #2-4):** 1. Utilizing purchasing regulations, methods, and procedures for specialized and commercial requirements, including timely task completion, automated processes, and electronic requisition management. 2. Providing oversight of administrative and technical programs. 3. Managing building service requests, overseeing repairs, maintenance, and procurement of supplies/equipment. 4. Working knowledge of Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) for tracking work orders. **For GS-13:** * At least 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level. * **Specialized Experience (Must demonstrate ALL of the following):** 1. Supervising administrative and technical staff, including workload, training, performance, and resource management. 2. Planning, coordinating, and directing strategic initiatives, policies, and systems for operational objectives. 3. Performing complex analysis of facilities management and support services programs to recommend improvements. 4. Utilizing purchasing regulations, methods, and procedures for specialized and commercial requirements, including timely task completion, automated processes, and electronic requisition management.
