Job Description

Oversee federal Inter-Agency Agreements, managing administrative controls, budget formulation, and compliance.
This position involves managing federal Inter-Agency Agreements (IAAs), focusing on administrative control systems, budget formulation, and compliance within the federal sector. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, establish, and direct administrative control systems for Inter-Agency Agreement (IAA) programs. * Review and assess IAA programs to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, policies, and standards. * Identify and project budget estimates based on specific missions and programs. * Formulate, review, and edit budget estimates for assigned IAAs. * Perform budget formulation and execution, applying expert knowledge of departmental and federal budget processes (programming, planning, and budgeting). **Qualifications:** * **Experience:** * **GS-12:** At least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in the federal sector. * **GS-13:** At least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the federal sector. * Specialized experience **must** include: * Assisting with planning, establishing, and directing administrative control systems for IAA programs. * Reviewing and assessing IAA programs for compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and standards. * Identifying projected budget estimates based on specific missions and programs. * Forming, reviewing, and editing estimates for assigned IAAs. * **Skills:** * Skilled in budget formulation and execution, with expert knowledge of departmental and federal budget processes. * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing. * **Education:** No educational substitution is permitted at these grade levels. * **Note:** Qualifying experience includes both paid and unpaid volunteer work, such as National Service programs.
