Job Description

Experienced professional to interpret retirement laws, administer plans, and manage benefit records. One year specialized experience required.
We are seeking a highly qualified professional with specialized experience in retirement benefits. This role requires at least one year of full-time (35-40 hours/week) work experience comparable to a GS-11 level in the federal government. Key Responsibilities: * Interpret retirement laws and policies to resolve benefit issues and guide staff. * Administer defined contribution retirement plans, ensuring accurate and compliant benefit delivery. * Review and manage recordkeeping systems for compliance with legal and policy requirements. * Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support innovation and align benefit services with program goals. Relevant experience includes paid and unpaid (volunteer) work.
