- Interpret and apply federal regulations, policies, and procedures for air carrier and commercial aviation operations.
- Monitor organizations to ensure compliance with authorized programs, federal regulations, and safety standards.
- Execute assignments requiring expert knowledge of air carrier aircraft flight operations.
- Monitor and issue certificates to large or multiple complex aviation organizations.
