Attorney Advisor (General)

We are seeking a highly qualified practicing attorney at the GS-15 level to provide expert legal counsel on federal employment law. This non-bargaining unit position requires significant experience and strong communication skills.

• Provide comprehensive legal advice on employment law and complex employee relations issues.
• Counsel federal agency supervisors on performance management, proposed disciplinary, and adverse actions.
• Ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity (EEO) laws and regulations.
• Conduct advanced legal research and produce high-quality analytical written documents.
• Deliver clear, persuasive, and effective oral communications.

• Minimum of six years of specialized experience as a practicing attorney.
