Summary
Experienced legal professional sought to advise and litigate on special education, labor, and federal education law matters.
We are seeking a skilled legal professional to provide expert counsel and support in complex legal matters. This role involves advising on policy development, litigation, and various legal areas within a federal context.
- *Responsibilities:**
- Provide legal advice and guidance on Special Education Law, including litigation and policy development.
- Advise on matters related to Labor and Employment Law, Administrative Law, and Federal Education Statutes.
- *Requirements:**
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-Accredited Law School.
- Current member in good standing of the bar of a U.S. State, Territory, District of Columbia, or Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
- Minimum of three (3) years of professional legal experience acquired after bar admission.
- Proven expertise in Special Education Law, encompassing litigation and policy development.
- Experience advising on Labor and Employment Law, Administrative Law, and Federal Education Statutes is highly desirable.
- *Substitution for one year of experience*: Graduation from an ABA-Accredited Law School in the top 25% of the class or possession of an advanced law degree (e.g., LLM).
