Summary
Seeking licensed Attorney Advisors with a J.D./LL.B. and 2-3 years of post-J.D. legal experience for GS-13/14 positions.
We are seeking highly qualified Attorney Advisors. To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- *Education:**
- Possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree.
- *Licensure:**
- Be an active member of the Bar in good standing within any U.S. jurisdiction (state, territory, or District of Columbia).
- Applicants must provide the month and year their first license was obtained, along with the issuing state.
- *Required Experience (Post-J.D. or Equivalent):**
- **For GS-13:** Two (2) full years (24 months) of post-J.D. legal or other relevant experience.
- **For GS-14:** Three (3) full years (36 months) of post-J.D. legal or other relevant experience.
- *Note:* Qualifying experience is calculated *only* after receipt of your J.D. or LL.B. degree. Your resume must clearly demonstrate this experience; assumptions will not be made.
