## Attorney, Labor & Employment Litigation (GS-14 Equivalent)
We are seeking an experienced Attorney specializing in labor and employment law litigation. This role involves representing organizations in federal personnel and employment litigation across various administrative and judicial forums.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and litigate federal personnel and employment cases.
- Represent organizations before bodies such as the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA), and federal district/appellate courts.
- **U.S. Citizenship.**
- **Education:** Juris Doctor (J.D.) or LL.B. degree.
- **Bar Membership:** Active membership in the bar of the highest court of a U.S. State, Commonwealth, Territory, or the District of Columbia.
- **Experience:**
- **Experience Substitution (Optional):** Graduation from an ABA-Accredited Law School in the top 25% of the class or an advanced law degree (LL.M.) may substitute for one year of the required professional legal experience.
- Relevant transcripts and proof of bar membership/good standing will be required.
