## Attorney, Labor & Employment Litigation (GS-14 Equivalent)

We are seeking an experienced Attorney specializing in labor and employment law litigation. This role involves representing organizations in federal personnel and employment litigation across various administrative and judicial forums.

### Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and litigate federal personnel and employment cases.
• Represent organizations before bodies such as the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA), and federal district/appellate courts.

### Required Qualifications:

• **U.S. Citizenship.**
• **Education:** Juris Doctor (J.D.) or LL.B. degree.
• **Bar Membership:** Active membership in the bar of the highest court of a U.S. State, Commonwealth, Territory, or the District of Columbia.
• **Experience:**

* Minimum of three (3) years of post-bar admission professional legal experience. * Demonstrated expertise and a robust background in labor and employment law, with a primary focus on litigation. * Proven experience representing organizations in federal personnel and employment litigation across MSPB, EEOC, FLRA, and federal courts.

• **Experience Substitution (Optional):** Graduation from an ABA-Accredited Law School in the top 25% of the class or an advanced law degree (LL.M.) may substitute for one year of the required professional legal experience.
