Attorney-Advisor

We are seeking a highly experienced attorney to manage complex legal matters and provide strategic counsel. This role involves significant litigation experience and the ability to advise senior leadership on critical legal issues.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Represent parties in commercial, regulatory, civil, and related litigation matters.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to large organizational clients, including senior leadership, on litigation strategy and resolution options.
• Assess and resolve complex legal problems and complaints, identifying key issues for the General Counsel.
• Offer expert legal guidance to attorneys in other practice areas.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• Active bar membership from any U.S. State, territory, Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, District of Columbia, or Federal Court.
• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from an accredited college or university.
• Four (4) years of professional legal experience post bar admission.
• One year of this experience must be equivalent to the GS-14 federal level, demonstrating expertise in the core responsibilities outlined above.
