- Specialize in one or more of the following:
- *Qualifications:**
- **Education:** Possess a first professional law degree (LL.B. or J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
- **Bar Membership:** Active member in good standing of the bar of a State, U.S. Commonwealth, U.S. territory, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico.
- **Experience (GS-15):**
- **Education Substitution:** An LL.M. degree in Taxation or a FOIA/Disclosure related field may substitute for the 1 year of general legal experience.
- **Federal Applicants:** Must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the GS-14 level (or equivalent) within the last 52 weeks.
