Attorney-Adviser (General)

We are seeking highly qualified legal professionals for various experience levels. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.

• *Essential Qualifications:**
• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from an accredited educational institution.
• Current, active bar membership in good standing from any U.S. State, territory, Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, District of Columbia, or Federal Court.
• Current, valid license with eligibility to practice law in a U.S. state, D.C., or any U.S. territory or commonwealth.
• *Minimum Experience Requirements by Grade Level:**
• **GS-11:** J.D. or LL.B. from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar status in good standing.
• **GS-12:** J.D. or LL.B. from an ABA-accredited law school, active bar status, and one year of professional legal experience post-bar admission (equivalent to GS-11).
• **GS-13:** J.D. or LL.B. from an ABA-accredited law school, active bar status, and two years of professional legal experience post-bar admission (with one year equivalent to GS-12).
• **GS-14:** J.D. or LL.B. from an ABA-accredited law school, active bar status, and three years of professional legal experience post-bar admission (with one year equivalent to GS-13).
