Summary
Attorney with 2+ years in federal contract/civil litigation, bar membership, and Secret clearance eligibility.
We are seeking a highly qualified Attorney to provide expert legal counsel, specializing in federal contract law and civil litigation. This role demands strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication, and the ability to manage complex legal challenges.
- *Minimum Qualifications:**
- First professional law degree (J.D. or LLB).
- Active bar membership, in good standing, in a U.S. state, commonwealth, territory, or D.C. (Proof of good standing, dated within 6 months, is required).
- Minimum two (2) years of professional legal experience.
- *Required Experience & Skills:**
- Significant experience in federal contract law and/or civil litigation (e.g., Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, Government Accountability Office Bid Protests, Court of Federal Claims).
- Exceptional analytical, legal research, and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build client relationships, interacting effectively with senior officials.
- Superior legal and business judgment.
- *Security Clearance:**
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Non-Critical Sensitive Secret security clearance.
